New to the industry? Don’t worry. We offer a comprehensive induction including hair, make-up and how to dress the part. In addition to your induction, you will receive on-shift mentoring from an experienced Dancer.

We hold interviews every Wednesday-Thursday 9pm-10pm. All you need to bring is your photo ID and your gorgeous self.
Any questions you might have will be answered on the night.
You must be over eighteen years of age and hold a relevant work permit if you’re travelling from overseas. We will also need to sight your passport.

Steakhouse waitresses and experienced bar staff are professional, well mannered, elegant and fast! With the ability to multi-task, manage large orders and have a good knowledge of our extensive bar, popular drinks and signature cocktails.
You must be fluent in English, learn fast and most importantly know your alcohol. Steakhouse is open Wednesday to Sunday and you are required to arrive on time and leave upon closing of each shift when rostered. It is a legal requirement that all waitresses and bar staff in Sydney hold current responsible service of alcohol RSA competency cards. All Steakhouse applicants must be over 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in Australia.
